This Christmas card is a little more special since it is going to another calligrapher...you have to try harder on those.

Hi, David,
I've been trying over and over to address an envelope for a Christmas Card to Bill Lilly.
Maybe I'll be successful by Easter! :-0
Your envelopes are lovely!

Beautiful envelopes, David. I like the strength of the blackletter style. And the colors, so very rich and Christmas-y.

Beautiful Dave.

I know what you mean about addressing to other artists. There is usually a bucketful of rejects. Although I get pretty obsessive about it in the end and all of them have to meet my standard or they get trashed. :)

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year Celebration!

Thank you ladies...

the blackletter I got from Denis Brown's website...he has an exemplar you can print out, real nice forms...

Victoria, if you throw things away, maybe I'll stop feeling so bad about throwing my tries out...
