One of these days I have to learn how to do uncial. The white italic was done with a quill.

A modern treatment to go along with some more traditional ones. Done with zig pen and gold in a pointed pen...about 5 inches across.

You have no idea how much agony I go through to make something original, but thanks for the kind words...
as i was looking at it, i did notice how much measuring/planning had to go into it... i was mighty impressed...
